We purchased a vacation home in the area, and my first goal was to have the rugs cleaned. Based on the reviews and that Bill and Dawn were a family owned business, I scheduled for the cleaning the day after we purchased. Bill was nothing but professional, on time, friendly, but most important, experienced. The rugs needed a good cleaning, and he and his son vacuumed the entire 6 bedroom house first, before they performed the cleaning. He paid special attention to the problem areas, and explained how the high traffic areas can be maintained. I would recommend to any new homeowner, or anyone who was looking for a professional, as I am a 100% satisfied customer. Thank you for your time Bill Mountain!

Bill Mountain is awesome! He came to our home, discussed at length the process to clean my rugs, project time, rolled up my carpets and took them back to his shop. I had a nasty stain on a new fabric chair and he removed it entirely. After speaking with him it took several tries with different techniques. Impressed with the effort and the final outcome.
